B | 预计今天东海海域部分仍有9~11级阵风。今天沿海海面风力12~14级，逐渐减弱至11~12级，内陆地区大部8~11级，山区和江河湖面局部11~13级。今天上午全省大部有大雨、暴雨，部分大暴雨，其中台州、宁波、温州北部、丽水东部、金华东部、绍兴东部等地局部有特大暴雨；今天下午到夜里浙西北和沿海地区部分大到暴雨，局地大暴雨。预计今天早晨，杭州阴有大到暴雨，东部、北部局部大暴雨，最大东北风平原地区8~10级，高山区和江湖水面10~12级，个别12级以上；今天白天阴有中雨，北部、西部山区局部暴雨，东南风5~7级，山区和江湖水面7~9级，个别10级。昨天下午，西湖边北山街一棵悬铃木发生倒伏，园林部门迅速处置，恢复道路畅通。“白海豚”登陆地点复刻“巴威”未来三天10余省市将出现强降雨自7月27日生成以来，台风“白海豚”长途奔袭，其间经历多次眼壁置换，巅峰时期环流直径超1300公里，其生命史之长、移动路径之远，十分少见。台风“白海豚”与今年第9号台风“巴威”有一些相似之处：都经历了长距离移动，都曾达到超强台风级，而且环流范围较大。从登陆地点看，之前的台风“巴威”，也是先登陆玉环坎门，再登陆乐清。

C | 中国气象频道气象分析师信欣说，这两个台风都是超远距离奔袭，最后登陆点重合，确实难得一见。“白海豚”的环流更大，强度更强，登陆后的路径总体比“巴威”偏西，对华东、华北的影响会大于“巴威”。尤其是12日—15日，“白海豚”的残涡可能叠加冷空气，导致河南、山东、河北等地出现强降雨，因此后期北方地区也要高度关注。中央气象台首席预报员许映龙介绍，与今年第9号台风“巴威”相比，“白海豚”局部风力有可能更强，且降雨的强度更强、范围更广，局地单点降水具有极端性。受台风本体和外围环流影响，预计今天至12日，福建北部、浙江、上海、江西北部、江苏、安徽、湖北中东部、河南中东部、山东中西部、河北大部、北京、天津等地先后有暴雨到大暴雨，其中浙江东部和北部、安徽黄山和大别山区、河南北部、河北南部等地部分地区有特大暴雨。
